- A late edition to the tour, this show was initially scheduled for 4 September 1988, but moved to the 3rd before being announced on 23 August 1988 together with the later canceled show in Rome on 5 September at the monumental Stadio dei Marmi.
- On 1 September it became clear that permission for the Rome show at the Stadio dei Marmi could not be given, stating “the stadium was already in fairly advanced state of decay and should not be further threatened by the staging of a rock concert”. Since an alternative venue could not be secured on short notice, the show was canceled, but ticket-holders were offered the possibility to attend the show in 3 September in Modena, about 400 kilometers from Rome, instead. Since the Modena show, in itself far from sold out, eventually was seen by less than 15,000 people, it seems unlikely that many Romans used this offer.
