2morrow is the seventh track on the first disc of Prince's 20th album Crystal Ball (his 4th using the name SymbolSmallerBlue.png).

While specific recording dates are not known, initial tracking took place in November 1996 at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA. The track was premiered on Tom Joyner's USA-syndicated radio show's "Emancipation Special" on 20 November 1996, and was discussed in interviews to promote Emancipation as the only track Prince (as SymbolSmallerBlue.png) had recorded since completing the album (Prince mentioned that Mayte had asked him to enter "studio rehab", recording less than he used to).

The song contains a repeated sample of the chorus of The Most Beautiful Girl In The World. The Crystal Ball liner notes state that the song is "inspired by Cory, the girl from the Love 4 One Another experience, but not necessarily true. An unknown member of the NPG had a crush on her."
