Electric Rush is believed to be an unreleased song recorded in 2001; the song was not known until handwritten lyrics were included posthumously in a 2017 auction from RRAuction.com. The lyrics' inclusion of "my womanhood" suggest that it was written to be sung by a female singer. It may have been intended for the vocal group Milenia with whom Prince was working at the time, but this is speculative. As such, it is listed here as a Prince track.
The lyric sheet contains the title Guilty Pleasure (or Guilty Pleasures) which has been scribbled out and replaced with Electric Rush. Based on the lyrics, it is likely that this was an intended title for the song before Prince changed his mind. The song may also be titled ElectricRush (for 'Electric Crush').
The phrase "electric rush" was later included in the track Here Come (sung by Bria Valente). The lyrics of the two songs are otherwise distinct, however.
Electric Rush was not included on any known configuration of an album, and remains unreleased, if indeed it was ever recorded.
