Prince has played the song live regularly as part of a medley of The Question Of U/The One/Fallin’ from 2002-2010, with a female vocalist singing lead vocals on Fallin’, and released a live version of the medley (taken from 7 April 2004, Qwest Center, Omaha, NE, USA) as audio and video on the NPG Music Club in 2004, with Candy Dulfer singing lead vocals on Fallin’. He is not known to have recorded a studio version.
