The house Prince lived in from the summer of 1978 till somewhere in (early) 1980 also held his first home studio. The white wooden house was at 5215 France Ave S in the Minneapolis suburb of Edina, MN

Studio

The house had a very rudimentary studio only. Basically a 8-track recording unit, where Prince could record songs on his own.
