Blues In G is an unreleased song played live by Prince in 1984 and 1985 during shows and soundchecks. Its first known appearance is in the First Avenue, 7th St. Entry show, October 1984. The song features seemingly improvisational lyrics like "The ice man came over today, the motherfucker didn't leave no ice". The song has always been listed as 'Blues In G' on setlists. It is not known, but unlikely that a studio recording of this song was ever made.
