The song is written by Prince and Sheila E., and he appears on vocals and keyboards.

In 2013, Sheila E. included an edited version of the track on her album Icon.

While specific recording dates are not known, initial tracking is likely to have taken place in 2007 or early 2008 in or near Oakland (exact location unknown). The track was intended for an album by The E Family, which developed into their 2011 release Now & Forever, but the track was not included on the final album. Instead it was included on Sheila E.'s 2013 album Icon. |recording info = |- align="left" |style="border-top:1px dotted #ccc;"|2007 - early 2008 |style="border-top:1px dotted #ccc;"|25th Recording Studios, Oakland, CA, USA or Blue 52 Lounge Studios, Sherman Oaks, CA, USA |style="border-top:1px dotted #ccc;"|Initial tracking, mixing & mastering |recording personnel =
