No One Else is an unreleased track recorded between 2006 and 2008, at an unconfirmed studio (Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA; 3121 at The Rio, Las Vegas, NV, USA; or Circle House, Miami, FL, USA). It is not known to have been considered for any project at the time of recording. The song completes the four-song Man Opera consisting of I Am, Touch Me, Sunrise Sunset and No One Else, and it includes reprises of both Touch Me and Sunrise Sunset within the song.
In 2017, timed with the first anniversary of Prince's death, engineer Ian Boxill made an EP available titled Deliverance, including Deliverance, I Am, Touch Me, Sunrise Sunset, No One Else, and I Am (Extended). Due to the lawsuit against this release by Prince's estate, this is currently treated as an unofficial bootleg release, and as such, the songs are considered unreleased, despite their availability on mainstream music sites.
The song was recorded around the same time that Prince began performing the Amel Larrieux song of the same name (see [No_One_Else_(Amel_Larrieux)
