One Of Us, a cover version of the song by Joan Osborne (written by Eric M. Bazilian, from the 1995 album Relish) is the tenth track on the third disc of Prince’s 19th album Emancipation, the third album to be credited to SymbolSmallerBlue.png.

Basic tracking dates are unknown, but it is likely that the track was recorded live in rehearsal in late 1995 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The drum loop used as a backing track is sampled from Love... Thy Will Be Done. The studio version was premiered following a Paisley Park Studios show on 9 December 1995 (the same show where the Crystal Ball version of Days Of Wild was recorded and the Slave cassette single was distributed).
