Over The Rainbow is an unreleased cover version of the track originally written for the 1939 movie The Wizard Of Oz (in which it was sung by Judy Garland), recorded in June, 1995, with Stacy Francis (of the American girl-band Ex Girlfriend), at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA (during the same set of sessions as her lead vocal overdubs on Journey 2 The Center Of Your Heart).

The track was planned for a solo album by Stacy Francis, but this project was left unfinished, and the track remains unreleased.
