On both the Youtube and Vevo platforms are official Prince channels, streaming Mostly Warner Bros era Prince videos. Vevo originally had the premiere of the Fixurlifeup video in May 2013 and in October of that year the video for Breakfast Can Wait.

The You Tube channel started off with a short lived attempt in 2014 when on 6 March 2014, a link to the full episode of the Arsenio Hall show Prince had just appeared on was posted. This was the only video on the channel for two weeks until it was taken down on 19 March 2014, leaving the channel void of content.

The following weeks more classic Prince videos from 1979-1983 appeared, including ones never available to the public in any form before, other than their airing on television.

There are minor differences in the content posted to both channels Videos on the Vevo channel feature the WB logo in the lower left corner, while the videos on YouTube do not. The videos on Vevo are generally also in a higher resolution than on the Y ouTube Channel. There are also minor differences in uploaded content and the date on which new uploads occur happens

Although the YouTube channel has since posted at least one non-WB era video (The Greatest Romance Ever Sold), whereas that video did not appear on the Vevo channel.
