- 2003 – NPG Music Club releases the live versions of Copenhagen, Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo as free downloads. Empty Room followed the next day. The tracks would be released as a download only album C-Note in March 2004. (The initials of the five tracks can be used to spell the word C-Note, a term that can be used for a $100 bill.)
