Rain is an unreleased track recorded at Prince's Kiowa Trail Home Studio in Chanhassen, Minnesota, presumably in the spring or summer of 1981. The track is an a cappella track with a backdrop of rain. Engineer Chuck Zwicky remixed the track in 1988 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota, but the purpose of this remix is unknown. The track remains unreleased. It is possible this is the same track as The Rain And You, also said to be recorded at that time.
