No other version were released at the time. The song's lyrics were written by Nikka Costa, and it was discussed that her own (final) version would be included on her next album. It is unknown whether Nikka Costa recorded her own studio version, or whether it was ever placed on a configuration of her 2005 album can'tneverdidnothin'. In 2017 Nikka Costa released her version as the ninth track of her album Nikka & Strings, Underneath And In Between.
