Beautiful, Loved And Blessed (5:18)

Black Sweat was the second single to be released from Prince's 31st album 3121.

The b-side, Beautiful, Loved And Blessed (often billed as a double a-side), was included in a slightly different version than that included on the album (the version included here was planned for inclusion on Támar's first album, then titled Beautiful, Loved & Blessed, later renamed Milk & Honey).

Promotion

The single was available as a download on 21 February, 2006, with each purchase entering the customer into the "Purple Ticket" contest to win two tickets to see Prince perform live at '3121' (Sierra Alta) (Private Residence), West Hollywood, CA, USA (a concert that took place on 6 May, 2006 (am).

A 12" and CD release of the single followed a month later, a week after the album's release.

The single reached number 60 on the US Billboard Hot 100, and 82 in Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles. It didn't fared much better in Europe, reaching position 17 in Spain, 25 in Latvia, 29 in the Netherlands, and 43 in the United Kingdom.
