Got To Be Something Here by The Lewis Connection was issued as a single for the first time on 13 April 2022, 43 years after its initial release on their eponymous album. The b-side, Dynamic Duo, is also taken from that album.

The single was released by the Japanese label P-Vine Records (a label specialized in re-releasing rare and obscure records) as a preview for a remastered reissue of The Lewis Conection album, planned for August 2022.

Of note, the typo on the band’s name that appeared on the cover of the album is corrected for the single, although it uses the same artwork.
