Purple Medley was a stand-alone single (not connected to an album) by Prince, released in March 1995 to coincide with Prince’s European The Ultimate Live Experience tour (as SymbolSmallerBlue.png) (on the same day in Europe as The Sacrifice Of Victor and The Undertaker home videos).

It received a release in the USA, the UK, and mainland Europe. Both the a-side (in edited and extended forms) and the b-side were medleys containing clips or re-recordings of several Prince songs (see the song entries for details).

The single reached number 84 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Chart, and number 74 on the Billboard Hot R&B Singles Chart. It fared much better in the UK, where its release coincided with the beginning of The Ultimate Live Experience tour, reaching number 33 on the Gallup Singles Chart.
