Spoon (originally titled Am Eye.png Happy?) is the fifth track (fourth song) on Chaka Khan's tenth solo studio album Come 2 My House, and, around the same time as the album's release, Spoon was available as a promo-only single. It was also included on the Come 2 My House promo sampler available at around the same time as the album's release. The song was written and produced by Chaka Khan, Howard McCrary & Robert D. Palmer.

SymbolSmallerBlue.png is believed to appear as a musician, but his exact contribution is unknown. The track was based around a groove created by Sonny T. and Michael B. included on their sample CD Funky-ass Loops (they are both uncredited).

While specific recording dates are not known, basic tracking took place between November 1997, and January 1998, at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota. It was included (under its original title Am Eye.png Happy?) as the second track on a February 1998 configuration of Come 2 My House, before the tracklist was revised for release.
