| The tour book comprises photographs from 2010/2011 amongst others live shots taken during the New-York/New Jersey run of the Welcome 2 America Tour.
The front cover is a photograph of Prince, previously used to promote the 21 Nite Stand in LA leg of the Welcome 2 America Tour in 2011. He holds a fully gold-plated Fender Stratocaster guitar designed by luthier, Yuriy Shishkov, and made in the Fender Custom Shop in Corona, Riverside County, California, USA. Continuing with the same general design and layout of the first ‘Welcome 2 America’ tour book, the front and back covers have a white background with the spine displaying a silhouette, now of the Los Angeles skyline and Hollywood hill. This outline is in purple and gold, reflecting both Prince’s costume and the color theme generally of the tour book contents. The front cover title reads, ‘Welcome 2 America’, mostly in gold. This lettering uses the same font as the previous book title and is embossed on at least some copies. On the back cover, the word 'Prince' is rotated to run along the left edge in gold, and a reference to ‘CALI4NIA’ (for California), where many of the tour performances were staged, is included centrally at the bottom of the cover. Similar to the previous tour book, introductory text on page 3 is accompanied by the Prince signature in 'Purple Rain' style font. Most of the text in the book is displayed in black, using a mixture of upper and lower case lettering. Other text is in white, purple or gold. The text is predominantly made up of quotations selectively edited from reviews of performances from the previous leg of the tour in New York / New Jersey, and at the Oracle Arena, Oakland, California in February, 2011. Publication sources for each of the quotations accompany the text. Photographs feature Prince and members of the band, both individually and collectively. Only one image, which is of Sheila E, has been re-used from the tour book for the previous leg of the tour. With Larry Graham & GCS also providing support on occasion on this leg of the tour, a photograph is included on pages 28 and 29 of Prince performing with Larry Graham, Jerry Martini and Cynthia Robinson (quite possibly taken during the support performance on 18 December, 2010) during which Prince guested. A montage of various shots is displayed on pages 36 and 37, with ‘W2A’ printed vertically and centrally. Page 38 features credits for the tour book as well as credits for the tour organization over the word ‘THANX’. No specific concert dates are published in the book.
