Manic Monday is a video released posthumously in conjunction with the release of the Originals album. The video accompanies the Prince vocal studio version of Manic Monday from that album.

As with the 2018 video for Nothing Compares 2 U, it is set to Prince and the Revolution rehearsing at the Flying Cloud Drive Warehouse in 1984. Judging by the different outfits material from at least 6 different rehearsals was used. There is also footage from another location (possibly Sunset Sound in Hollywood, California), where Manic Monday was recorded in February 1984, which sees Prince and the band rehearse the steps seen in the When Doves Cry video.
