Sign O’ The Times is the twenty-fifth Prince video to have been released for broadcast. The video is made of colored graphics forecasting the lyrics of the song and quite revolutionary at the time (one of) the first 'lyric videos' to have been made.
It is the second video that doesn’t include an appearance from Prince (the first being the Paisley Park video in 1985).
