  • This show was the first of a series of "hit n' run" shows held across the USA in support of the Parade album. Due to their short notice and lack of a scheduled itinerary, this is not considered to be a formal tour in the way that the later Parade Tour is, although the shows were largely similar in every other way.
  • Local radio station WBCN announced the concert at 11 am on the day of the show, and the 1,200 tickets were sold out 20 minutes later. Outside the club, people were offered $300 or more for their tickets.
