Trivia

  • This is an unusual appearance and listed here for the sake of completeness. Prince makes a cameo as a cameraman during this performance by Liv Warfield and her band. He was barely hidden at the back of the stage, wearing a hoodie and filming the performance. Some of his shots were actually used during the broadcast (directed by Dan Opsal).
  • On that day, Liv Warfield’s album The Unexpected (which contains two songs written by Prince) was made available for pre-order at various digital outlets, with three instant downloads available with the pre-order: Why Do You Lie?, Catch Me If You Can and Freedom.
