Trivia

  • This was an 'aftershow' to the (private) wedding reception hosted by 'Star Wars' creator George Lucas and Mellody Hobson, where Prince played on Saturday evening 29 June.
  • The show was first announced around 4:30 p.m. via the social media; Various bandmembers tweeted about it.
  • Tickets went on sale at 5:00 p.m. on line and at the door of the City Winery. Initially it was announced $100 tickets would be sold at the door, but the 50 tickets available sold out within 25 minutes of going on sale.
  • VIP tickets at $ 250 were available in limited quality after the show sold out and also sold out within minutes.
  • Doors were initially advertised to open at 11:30 p.m., but this was later changed to Midnight (the originally announced starting time for the show)
  • The segments from 1999 to Extraloveable and from (Theme Song From) Which Way Is Up? to Partyman/It’s Alright were streamed live on 3rdEye TV.
