Three of the four tracks (but none of the other tracks on the album) are preceded by '''Interlude'''s which introduce the songs - given [[Prince]]'s heavy use of segues and interludes during this time, it would be logical to assume that he was involved, but a [[Paisley Park Studios]] in-house cassette of the tracks suggests that this was not the case.

I’m Ready is the second studio album by Tevin Campbell. The album contained four songs written and produced by Prince under the pseudonym Paisley Park - The Halls Of Desire, Uncle Sam (with a rap written by Paula Sherield), Paris 1798430 and Shhh.

Shhh was later re-claimed by Prince and released on The Gold Experience (credited to SymbolSmallerBlue.png).

Other tracks containing input by Prince which were recorded for potential inclusion but not retained on the album included Down, The P and Holly Don’t Care. The latter was reworked by Mayte for her Child Of The Sun album. Down and The P remain unreleased

The album produced six singles: Can We Talk, I’m Ready, Always In My Heart, Shhh (promo only), The Halls Of Desire EP and Don’t Say Goodbye Girl (containing several remixes of The Halls Of Desire).

The album reached number 18 on the US Billboard Pop Chart, and number 3 on the Billboard R&B Chart.

Three of the four tracks (but none of the other tracks on the album) are preceded by 'Interlude’s which introduce the songs - given Prince’s heavy use of segues and interludes during this time, it would be logical to assume that he was involved, but a Paisley Park Studios in-house cassette of the tracks suggests that this was not the case.
