Let's Get Started is the second studio album by Los Angeles rapper/musician Louie Louie, and was released in February 1993. The album contained two songs produced and co-written by Prince under the name Paisley Park: Get Blue and Dance Unto The Rhythm.
The album produced one single, The Thought Of It, but the album did not chart.
Sessions and compiling
Dance Unto The Rhythm and Get Blue were initially recorded in March and April 1991 respectively. In addition to the two released tracks, Prince offered another track recorded specifically for the album, titled Hey, Louie Louie (also recorded in April 1991), but this was rejected for the album.
Promotion
The album produced three singles, The Thought of It, Brother Louie and Walk With Me, but the album failed to chart.
