Cornbread Rappers is an unreleased track assumed to have been recorded in the second half of 1988 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Cat included a portion of the track’s rap during a performance of I Wish U Heaven on 14 October 1988, The Omni, Atlanta, GA, USA, but the name of the track was not known until Cat gave the title and rapped a little from it during an interview for a BBC radio documentary Hunting For Prince’s Vault, aired in 2015.
