God Is Everywhere is an unreleased track recorded on 10 July 1985, at the Washington Avenue Warehouse in Edina, Minnesota, during recording sessions for Parade (two days after ♥ Or $, Girls & Boys and Alexa De Paris, the same day as Neon Telephone). The track is a piano-led ballad, with gospel-style vocals. Engineers Susan Rogers and Peggy McCreary mixed the song on 26 September 1985, while Prince was in France filming Under The Cherry Moon, and sent it to him, as he was considering it for use on Parade. It was not included on any known configuration of the album, however.

God Is Everywhere was later considered for the planned musical The Dawn (along with Heaven, Others Here With Us, All My Dreams, When The Dawn Of The Morning Comes, Crucial and The Cocoa Boys), but the musical was ultimately abandoned, and the song was never intended for any of Prince’s other late-1986 album projects.

The song may have been reworked later as Love Is Everywhere (as shown on a page of sheet music included in the Graffiti Bridge movie) but this has not been verified. The track remains unreleased.
