The footage comes from a live show by Sheila E. and her band on the 'Romance 1600 Tour' and was recorded on 8 March 1986.

It was first released on VHS and Betamax cassette in the USA and later also in the UK. In Japan it was released on laserdisc.

The original retail price was $ 29.98 The video was re-released in the UK on 1 July 1991 S CAR Go is a percussion jam with Sheila E.’s father Pete Escovedo and her brothers Peter Michael and Juan Escovedo. Merci For The Speed Of A Mad Clown In Summer is misspelled as Merri For The Speed Of A Mad Clown In Summer. The live version of Merci For The Speed Of A Mad Clown In Summer included in this video contains an arrangement that was later used on the Lovesexy Tour during the Jack U Off / It Don’t Mean A Thing (If It Ain’t Got That Swing) / Twelve portion. The live performance of A Love Bizarre was longer and contained chants from All Day, All Night and Holly Rock. It was edited and slightly overdubbed for this release.
