Man In A Uniform is the sixth track on Prince's 21st album The Truth (his fifth using the name SymbolSmallerBlue.png).

Specific recording dates are not known, but the track is believed to have been recorded in Autumn 1996 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota (along with the rest of the album). The song includes a mimic of the military bugle call Reveille (previously used in an unreleased version of Chaos And Disorder).
