Drive Me Wild is the third and last video by Vanity 6 released for broadcast and to promote the single. Directed by Brian Greenberg, this video was shot during the final week of rehearsals for the 1983 leg of the Triple Threat Tour at the Civic Center, Lakeland, Florida where Prince and Greenberg also shot the video for Little Red Corvette.

It was the first video that was not just a simple performance of the song but a fully produced and staged video with its own storyline and different backdrops. Drive Me Wild starts with Susan sleeping with her teddy bear, dreaming that Vanity and Brenda come to pick her up and to take her to a costume party. Leroy Bennett portrays Susan’s dancing partner at this party while Chick Huntsberry, dressed as a wizard, grants wishes with his magic wand. The 'party' scenes are interspersed with footage of Susan singing the track with Vanity and Brenda. The backdrop for the performance is the one used for their set on the Triple Threat Tour.

Of note, this video uses the newly-created 'Extended version' of the song.
