Jungle Love is the fourth video by The Time released for broadcast and to promote the single.

The video mixes the performance of the song from the Purple Rain movie and miscellaneous footage from the film (oddly, it does not contain any scene with Prince, while Let’s Go Crazy contains scenes with Morris Day and The Time). Interestingly, the performance in the movie uses the audio from a live recording at the First Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on 4 October 1983 while the audio used for the promotional video is the edited studio version.

In 2004, Jungle Love was included on the two Disc Special Edition - 20th Anniversary Edition of Purple Rain.
