It features footage of fans outside the venue for a show on 10 January 1997 at the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington D.C., USA. and the next day on 11 January 1997 for the Roseland Ballroom show in New York City. And concert footage of the same New York show and one in Philadelphia, PA on 7 January 1997. It also has footage filmed in Prince's hotel room in New York, in and outside of his limo in the streets of New York and from what looks like an after party to one of the shows.
