Sweet Baby is a video included on the 3 Chains O’ Gold home video, filmed in Mid May 1992. A single was planned for release in 1993 but canceled for unknown reasons.

The video focuses on Mayte’s pain. Prince’s voice is the narrator, and he is barely seen in the video except in one scene in which he is traveling on the train looking through a window regretfully. and in a flashback with Mayte on a carousel. Mayte travels while remembering the good times with him, and returns to her (fictional) homeland of Egypt (with footage filmed in Egypt with Randee St. Nicholas in January 1992 also seen in The Continental, Damn U throughout the Act I TV-special and 3 Chains O’ Gold home video).
