In February 2012, almost three years after the album’s release, Swiss dance music label [http://purplemusic.ch Purple Music] released a single of [[Single: 2nite|2nite]], containing remixes of the track by Jamie Lewis and David Alexander.

Recording dates and studio are unknown as [[Prince]] started working with [[Bria Valente]] in mid-2006 and her album was released almost three years later in 2009. [[2nite]] was recorded at either [[Paisley Park Studios]] in Chanhassen, Minnesota or Circle House, Miami, Florida, but no information has been verified. The remixes by Jamie Lewis and David Alexander were recorded in late 2011 or early 2012 at an unknown studio.
