While specific recording dates are not known, basic tracking took place between December 1994 - early January 1995, at [[Paisley Park Studios]] in Chanhassen, Minnesota (during the same set of sessions as [[The Good Life]], [[Big Fun]] and [[Cherry, Cherry]]). [[Eric Leeds]] recorded saxophone overdubs on [[Prince_Vault:Selected_anniversaries/January_16|16 January 1995]], also at [[Paisley Park Studios]] (on the same day as recording horn overdubs on [[Big Fun]], [[Good Pussy]] and [[I’m A DJ]]).
