A tape photographed in [[Prince]]'s vault at [[Paisley Park Studios]] lists it as [[Prince_Vault:Selected_anniversaries/August 1|1 August 2010]] alluding the exact date for the recording at [[Paisley Park Studios]] in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Unlike the rest of the album, the song features live drums, played by [[Prince]] himself, rather than programmed drums.
