Free (Acoustic Version) is a digital single released on 6 June 2025. It was released as part of the 2025 Prince Celebration, although it was put on streaming services without a press release, nor an announcement at the Celebration.

The stand-alone digital single features 1999 themed artwork (as the original version of Free comes from that 1982 album) with the title stylized as FR33 (Acoustic). It was confirmed that this version was actually recorded in 2008.
