The tour book comprises photographs from 2011, including live shots taken during the Montreal One-off concerts in June and the Welcome 2 America Euro 2011 Tour.
Continuing with the same design and layout of previous ‘Welcome 2 ...’ tour books, the front cover is a photograph of Prince holding his Telecaster Hohner guitar. The title reads 'Welcome 2 Canada' in black and white, using the same title font employed on the covers of the first two tour books from the previous US legs of the tour. Above this, the name, 'Prince', is printed in silver, upper case, but using a different font, which features predominantly throughout the rest of the tour book. The front and back covers have a white background with the spine displaying a silhouette, now of the Toronto skyline in silver. On the back cover, the word 'Prince', using the title font, is rotated to run along the left edge in black. The word, 'Canada', is printed centrally towards the foot of the cover, also in black. Photographs feature Prince and members of the band, both individually and collectively. Nine of the images are in black and white. One photograph of Andy Allo previously included in the Welcome 2 America - Euro 2011 tour book (page 17) has been re-used on page 13. Lyrics from several compositions are included in the book's text: We Live (2 Get Funky) on page 4, Laydown on page 20 and an unidentified song on page 28. Other text comprises selective quotations from reviews. Both the published source and the author of each quotation accompanies the text. Page 30 includes 'W2C' in the title font in black and white. Page 31 features credits for the tour book as well as for the tour organization. No specific concert dates are published in the book. The copyright on back cover is credited as © 2011 NPG Records.
