The track is based around a Fairlight sample of Susannah Melvoin speaking the phrase "baby doll house". The same sample was later used in the Madhouse track Eleven.

It is not known if the track was considered for use on the Madhouse album 8, and it is likely the title would have been changed had it been used. The track remains unreleased.
