Black Muse is an unreleased song first performed live on 15 December, 2010 during the first night of the Welcome 2 America Tour. Vocals for the song were performed by Shelby J., Liv Warfield and Elisa Dease.

It is believed that a studio version, probably featuring lead vocals by Prince, was recorded in 2010 at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA.

In December, 2015, Prince announced on Twitter that Black Muse was included on the planned album Hitnrun Phase Two, although no release information for the album has been given. It is assumed that this version would feature Prince vocals.
