If You Want Me To Stay, a cover version of the Sly & The Family Stone song (from their album Fresh, 1973), was released in live form (in a medley with Just Friends (Sunny)) as the third track from Prince's live album One Nite Alone... The Aftershow: It Ain't Over, and features Musiq Soulchild and Questlove on lead vocals.

The song is only known to have been performed in this medley by Prince once, on 10 April 2002 (a.m.), although Prince has often performed this song independently or as part of other songs. No studio version by Prince is known to exist.
