Spoon (originally titled Am Happy?) is the fifth track (fourth song) on Chaka Khan’s tenth solo studio album Come 2 My House, and, around the same time as the album’s release, Spoon was available as a promo-only single. It was also included on the Come 2 My House promo sampler available at around the same time as the album’s release. The song was written and produced by Chaka Khan, Howard McCrary & Robert D. Palmer.
