The Most Beautiful Boy In The World, Mayte's version of 
's The Most Beautiful Girl In The World, was the first single to be released from Mayte's first and only album Child Of The Sun.
It was released more than a year prior to the album, and therefor no forthcoming album was listed on the single's artwork. The a-side was the track as later released on the album. The b-side, ¿Quieres Ser El Mas Bello De Este Mundo?, is a Spanish version of the track, using the same backing tracks, which is not available elsewhere.
The single did not enter the charts.
