The Self Titled Album is the first studio album by Fonky Bald Heads, a group led by Kirk Johnson, also featuring Kip Blackshire and Mike Scott, who had all played regularly with Prince at around the time of this album's recording and release. DVS, who raps on the album, also features on Prince's track The Daisy Chain, released as a single in April 2001. The album contains one song co-written by Prince with Kirk Johnson, titled Rowdy Mac.
The album did not receive a widespread commercial release and did not enter the charts.
