Gayngs’s video for their song The Last Prom On Earth is one of a kind in Prince's videography and is referenced here for the sake of completeness. He did not participate directly or indirectly in this song and never collaborated with this band of which some of the 22 members are from Minneapolis.
Footage of him enjoying the show was included in the video which was released 6 months later. Prince being very concerned about the use of his image, did not object and did not have the video remove. This indicates that there has been (at least) a passive agreement for this use."
