Mia Bocca was the first single to be released from Jill Jones’ first album Jill Jones, and was released two months before the album in the Netherlands (and six weeks before in the USA). Mia Bocca was written, produced and largely performed by Prince. The b-side, 77 Bleeker St., was a non-album track written by Prince and Jill Jones. Some versions of the single also contained remixes of Mia Bocca.
The single did not enter the charts except in Italy where it reached #6 (more information needed).
