Willing And Able was available as a promotional single from Prince’s 13th album Diamonds And Pearls, the first album to be credited to Prince and the New Power Generation (following the release of Money Don’t Matter 2 Night, the fifth single (and final US commercial single) from the album).
It was available in Spring 1992, in the USA only, and contained an edit of Willing And Able not available elsewhere. No artwork was included in the promotional release.
As a promotional release only, the single was not eligible to enter the charts.
