? / ? ? 300 - (Private party)

  • This was a private birtday party philanthropist John McHale, associated with the Austin Museum of Art, threw for his wife Chris Mattson. Grupo Fantasma was booked as the entertainment and Prince & The NPG tagged along.
  • Grupo Fantasma started around 10 p.m. with their set, for which Renato Neto sat in on keys from the outset. Prince also joined in on guitar and keys on some songs, and let the crowd in a chant of “I like funky music.” After Grupo Fantasma vacated the stage, Prince & The NPG came out for a short set.
