39th St. Party is an unreleased track written by André Anderson recorded in early 1976 by Grand Central Corporation, a band consisting of Prince, André Anderson and Morris Day, at ASI Studio, Minneapolis, Minnesota (during the same set of sessions as Lady Pleasure, Machine, You’re Such A Fox, Grand Central and Whenever). The sessions were engineered and overseen by David Rivkin (who is assumed to have produced the tracks as well).

Grand Central Corporation had been playing the 39th St. Party live since at least early 1975 and was one of the few original compositions known to be played by the band at the time (as they mostly played cover versions of current hits).

It is not known if the track was considered for inclusion on any project.
